YMCA of Central Ohio Stable Families Program of Early Childhood Resource Network (ECRN+)

The YMCA is an inclusive organization of men, women, and children joined together by a shared commitment of nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living, and fostering a sense of social responsibility.  With a mission to serve the whole community through programs expressing Judeo-Christian principles that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body, our impact is felt when an individual makes a healthy choice, when a mentor inspires a child, and when a community comes together for the common good.

ECRN+ is a program of the Y providing services for more than 35 years, through a variety of home and community based services.  Stable Families-provides services to prevent evictions and ensure academic success of children (800/year),  Early Intervention-services for infants and toddlers and their families who have disability/delay (800/year), a Preschool Age Services Screening-for children three through five years of age (200/year), SPARK (Supporting Partnerships to Assure Ready Kids)-kindergarten readiness program for three and four-year-old children (200/year), an Equipment Exchange Program-children, teens, and young adults (500/year), Family Support-families and children of all ages who have special health care needs and diverse abilities and their families (2,000/year), and a speech therapy program-children 18-36 months of age (150/year).  ECRN+ was founded in 1983; now, more than 35 years later, the primary goal is the same; we empower and connect families.
