Healthcare Collaborative

Welcome to the Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus' NeighborRelief fundraising website!

The Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus (HCGC) is an independent , not-for-profit organization committed to transforming the quality, delivery, and value of healthcare to ensure all people in the Columbus region have the best healthcare experience possible.

HCGC is an affiliate of the Columbus Medical Association and a proud member of the Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement (NRHI), a national organization representing more than 30 member Regional Health Improvement Collaboratives (RHICs) across the country. RHICs work in their regions and across the U.S. to transform the healthcare delivery system working toward the goals of better health, better care, and lower cost. Like HCGC, NRHI and its members are not-for-profit, non-governmental organizations.

Please join us by searching for a neighbor, reading their stories and considering a tax-deductible donation towards their basic needs such as a phone bill, utilities, food or rent. All donations to basic needs go directly to the service provider, such as their landlord or utility provider, in a secure and direct manner. All neighbors have been qualified by our social workers and given anonymous profiles to protect their identity.

In addition to supporting specific needs, you can also make a donation to our organization. Doing so ensures that our team is equipped to help individuals and their families overcome their current situation and grow towards financial independence.
